What is a poor teacher? My experience is that the poor ones are the ones that get crossways with the administration. they are the ones who get the worst students which cause the most problems and the ones that have more disruption in the class and the worst test scores. Unless he or she is gifted with handling the bad students and then that is what he or she becomes. A behavior teacher with out being a SPED if not they leave or get terminated.
