'good' schools are having staffing issues. I am now in a suburban district on the Missouri side that is very competitive in pay. Last year we had to replace three math teachers, all three were fresh out of college, one of them only had middle school certification and one did not have any math certification. When suburban districts are making those types of hires what do think the city schools are doing?
