under Obama. By 2014/2015, production had reached the point that crude oil prices crashed and the industry was hit by a couple of rounds of layoffs. After that recovery, production ramped up until covid fell off and have now ramped up to even higher levels.

Moral of the story - look for another cycle to hit soon. Prices will come crashing down, companies will quit drilling, production will crash and prices will inevitably rise and people will blame whatever administration in power.

Please explain why this message is being reported.
