Depending on how, and with whom they have contracted they can have a 10 percent difference in cost. Then they have a profit margin, which isn't 1-2 percent. It is a range much higher. From whatbI can tell it is 10% area on top end. Could be wrong.
Then you have a timing aspect. This works against the consumer. The station pays for gas and sets their price. If they have high demand what they pay changes more rapidly then a high d3mand station
