So how does unmoderated work as far as advertisers?

Does unmoderated get no ads? Because without moderation, you will definitely get situations where a major advertiser's ad is next to some crazy vitriolic post and there is no way that will be allowed. So does unmoderated twitter just not get ads? That doesn't seem like a long-term financially smart idea either.
