a decade? Did you keep coaches on your staff that did not understand the sport? Sometimes you are forced to take a person because you are in a bind but you don't keep them around unless they improve your staff.

I think it is funny that you constantly make personal digs at me but never address the actual points I am making. If I am making incorrect statements then correct me Mr Basketball Guru. Or you can just continue with you dickish statements.

If you were actually a coach for as long as you claim then you know that sometimes you don't have the answers but any coach worth a damned can spot the problems. It is easy as a coach to walk into a gym and spot problem areas on other teams. Without knowing the players and their skill sets it is impossible to identify solutions. But as an opposing coach the problems are what I am looking for, fixing those problems is what the other coaches get paid to do.

Please explain why this message is being reported.
