I bet you are a joy to work for. If you had a coach work for you for a decade would you dismiss his input because he was just "a jv basketball coach"?

Probably so, good coaches hire quality assistants and trust them to do the job they were hired to do. Bad coaches think they know it all and dismiss input from their assistants.

Please explain why this message is being reported.
