all look very different. Coleman would be fine as an off ball scorer, Gordon would be much more consistent as a midrange player working from off ball picks and movement, and as I mentioned yesterday Gordon could do many of the same things Tiller did in a similar role. We also need someone down on the blocks to create spacing and proper structure, and we need to prevent about half the team from ever taking a 3 point attempt. I'm not suggesting any of those things are on the table at this point because they probably aren't.
I do think if we replaced Cuonzo at semester with a more competent staff, just pushed Brookshire into a primary ball handling responsibility sink or swim, and put our transfers in better roles we could see considerable improvement. At least to the degree where next year the new staff was only looking at needing to immediately address 2 or 3 crucial things instead of starting almost with nothing.
