allow him to become a spot-up shooter, Davis needs to be a cutter who takes short to mid-range pull-up jumpers and Gordon should be the slasher who takes it to the rim.
CM's pass it around the perimeter offense does not work at any level but it is especially annoying on a team that lacks outside shooters. The personnel on this team are best fit for a slashing offense. But that requires constant movement from the offense. You have to screen and cut to create driving and passing lanes. We do not see those because our players are stationary a vast majority of the time and defenders can simply sag knowing we will not knock down our outside shots.
