Do tell what environment did he need to succeed? He had a Great facility to recruit to....pretty good pay, and a local recruiting ground in St.Louie....what was not provided. More Hookers and Blow to satisfy is lust?

I agree his Basketball IQ is and was dang good but his demons got the best of him do to his immature youth and character.
