I think we made the right hires up until Kim, but in each case held on to them too long and stopped supporting them so that they eventually cratered their program and caused a drastic rebuild. Which we are getting ready to do under Cuonzo as well.

Kim was a bad hire. The rest were all actually good hires that for various reasons we didn't give them the necessary support and admin backing to succeed and didn't let go of them when they started faltering.
