and it doesn't matter WHY someone doesn't want to take it. a company threatening to fire you is still "forcing" the person into a decision they don't want to make.

again, I'm not arguing a private company can't mandate that but the feds are FORCING the company to mandate it; which is overreach and will be declared unconstitutional.
