My struggle is if it is an unwanted baby that is forced to be born at 22 weeks, who then pays for the cost of the baby from there forward...especially if there might be the potential for millions more of these to come about (if we truly stopped all abortions).

And if the mother does not take care of herself, is that the equivalent of child abuse, or other potential charges.

No easy decisions or lines to draw on this for sure. Of course, way too many want to do this, while their own lines are arbritrary.

Please explain why this message is being reported.
