average to mediocre results continue, they may both be gone with no a$$es in the seats. Or like I said, Choi for making the hire based on what he said....."diversity." Now if CM continues to be meh and she pulls the trigger and gets a really successful coach, then she can stay until she fvcks up the next hire. Thus is the life of the AD. Only as good as your hires, regardless of your personal gender, heritage, or race.
