Assistant coaches, strength coach, staff positions, recruiting, marketing.

Basically they as in the AD actually wants to win and is willing to go all in to do so. The Mizzou AD has wanted to not suck and avoid NCAA so they operate differently.

If Mizzou did what Alabama did I would expect to win at the level Alabama expects from their teams.
