It remained almost zero for all groups except for those never exposed to any antigen, natural or vaccine.

I will point out that this study has not yet been peer reviewed and is simply an observational study over 5 months (which isn't long enough to determine long-term protection in either group).

Your terrible breastmilk analogy aside, I will agree that one's immune system should be attuned to much more viral parts than just the spike protein under natural infection - however, the vaccines were developed to have the immune system react to spike proteins due to observations that it was recognition of spike proteins that produced most of antibodies against COVID19. It should also be said that immunity from vaccination is much safer (less hospitalizations, progression of respiratory failure, ARDS, Deaths, and long-term complications) than natural infection.
