Should people who have had measles get a measles vaccine? (No.)
Should people who have had chickenpox get a chickenpox vaccine? (No.)

There is absolutely no scientific justification for the recovered to get the vaccine. Your whole zombie-like mantra ("get the vaccine...get the vaccine...") is devoid of any logical rationale other than that the prevailing goal appears to be backwards...rather than the goal being to protect lives and promote health through all effective means, the goal is simply this: get the vaccine.
