Ok here ya go. 71% of COVID positive cases wore masks out in public as per the CDC website. Florida is 37th in the country of the states with COVID positive cases yet they have been “open” for months. The Center for Health Care Innovation did their yearly tests in masks and almost no one uses them correctly or uses the correct masks. As per the American Institute of Physics, Cloth masks, and Gators do nothing. Surgical masks although marginally better are not worthy of stopping Covid 19. As per the CDC, over 80% of all Covid 19 deaths are from obesity regardless of their age. A recent study also found that the fibers in the masks that are being used are causing significant respiratory issues. The WHO states that during athletic competition or exercising, masks should not be worn since once becoming wet with sweat, they become even more useless then they already are. With the exception of SARS, there is no evidence that mask wearing is effective at preventing any illness including Covid 19. The N95 masks are more effective than the surgical masks that everyone is wearing. All these masks are one time use as well. I’ll bet your mask is in the console of your car as we speak. The New England Journal of Medicine states, “We know that wearing a mask outside health care facilities offers little if any level of protection. They also found that people who wore N95 masks had visible gaps rendering them ineffective as well. CDC states that 85% of infected Covid patients were habitual mask wearers. How’s that for starters.
