A debate about it.
I’ll just clarify that when I said masks work I meant that both mask wearing and vaccines have played a critical role in the remarkable decline in the spread of Covid in Boone County.
Wearing masks in public when you can’t social distance greatly reduces the spread of Covid. Doesn’t eliminate the chances of spread, but greatly reduces it. Among scientists and health experts there is no debate about that basic fact at all, just different studies about actually how much the risk of spread is mitigated. But there is no disagreement that spread is mitigated to a really good degree.
Last word from me on that to clarify what I said. I won’t discuss or argue that with any non health experts with political axes to grind. Not saying that’s you, I don’t know you, but there are plenty of them on the board.
I’m here for the softball, and WBB, and VB.
I enjoy the perspectives and info you bring to the softball discussions, usually.
