I'm not a fan of him quitting on the team in the middle of the season for sure, and Mike Anderson inherited an absolute mess.

I do think the Kim era was demonstrably worse in basically every measurable and qualitative category though. And it took us 2 years to recover from Quin's mess, we won 31 games in year 3. I'm not sure we will ever fully recover from the impact of the Kim era.
