in terms of recruiting ability. Kim was effectively Norm's Ernie Nestor, he was a bench coach with basically no recruiting responsibilities in an era where MU's talent fell off the map. Quin had just been the lead recruiter who assembled at Duke what is arguably the most talented college team of the 21st century.
