natured amusement at the unbreakable negative accomplishments he racked up in year 1. I never begrudged him taking the opportunity once it was presented to him. Any and all anger was directed at the MU admin for making such a ludicrous hire.

I do think as an alum and successor to Norm he did owe to the program and the man to not destroy his life's work in the name of collecting two more years of paychecks at the expense of the program stupid enough to grant him that opportunity. He is a good and decent man who cares a great deal about MU, I was surprised to not see him quit and walk away. I do blame him for that.
