picked up by the Trump campaign. He was going to lose the governorship to an unqualified Democrat, John Gregg. But as soon as Holcomb was announced as the Republican candidate with about 6 weeks left in the campaign, he won... because John Gregg was a terrible candidate, even for a Democrat in Indiana.

Pence is not well regarded. Even in the Hoosier State.
