pretty comfortably with your govt paycheck hitting bi-weekly, but one of the biggest reasons for the Paycheck Protection Program was because tenants couldn't pay landlords, landlords then couldn't service their loans from the banks, and the banks have convinced government that they must be protected from these types of large scale losses.
Did anyone force the banks to make those loans? Did anyone force the landlords to accept those loans and leverage their properties? Did anyone force the tenants to accept such high rental rates with loan service baked in?
You guys are simplifying this to absurd levels to avoid your inconsistencies.
