the word and use it then you have to totally erase its original meaning. That means that everyone is allowed to casually use it.

A word cannot have a different meaning solely based on the color of the skin of the user.

I have seen this being a real problem for white kids who grow up in black neighborhoods. They will casually use the word with their friends and no one thinks twice about but as soon as they do it around other AAs who do not know them all hell breaks loose.
