An honest discussion means addressing the issues on both sides. Too often it simply becomes a desire to paint grievance on others and any attempt to speak to the issues in the black culture leading to problems gets you painted as intolerant at best, racist at worst.

Fatherless homes and a culture that minimizes the value of education is destroying black children and leading them to a life of poverty and crime.
