It's not just black people that are affected by all of this frayed social fabric in the inner cities.

I live in St. Louis, where probably 80% of the mayhem and violence is the product of ****bags born in single parent homes, surrounded by violence and out of control drug use and unstable living.

Violence victims are just as often not black. Just as often elderly or young. Just as often unable to defend themselves. That's why they're chosen victims. Or worse, victims of random violence just happen to be in the wrong place at the wrong time.

Where's the reparations to all the victims of that ****?
