You pick and choose things that favor your prejudices. I watched the entirety of the two leaked videos. Floyd was mostly agitated and resisting arrest. Cops typically take suspects into the precinct hq for processing, but here they waited for the EMTs. Floyd was only placed on the ground and restrained after he resisted arrest.
