to do with his death. Read the ME's report. Floyd was complaining of not being able to breath before the Cops pulled him from his car. One of the signs of Fentanyl poisoning is shortness of breath. The Cops recognized that he was ODing, they called the EMTs and waited for them to arrive. That's why they were holding him at the scene, instead of driving him into the precinct. I have held your hand and walked you through this information before. If you can't see that the Cops acted responsibly, that's on you.
