To my understanding, there was never body cam footage released prior to this getting released/leaked.

All of the video that had been released was video shot by people.

The full video should have been released. Outside of tainting a potential jury pool, there is no other reason to not release it, and transparency should be full.

nothing changes the fact that the cop was on his neck either at all, or WAY TOO LONG.
