someone living in a mobile home next to your $200k home? Right, I believe that.
Homes are the biggest investment that a vast majority of people will ever make. If your neighborhood goes to shît that investment is gone and you are stuck living in a shîtty neighborhood.
There is nothing wrong with zoning to protect property values. I don't really care who lives in my street as long as their property does not adversely affect the value of mine.
That is not redlining, I doubt you could find an actual example of p redlining from this century.
