and bad priests, there will always be bad cops. I think the frustrations you see boiling over center around the lack of accountability when there is a bad one, at least on too many occasions.

The irony of it is that one is really talking about is abuse of power or abuse of authority and it is this abuse of power that the current protesters talk about and it is this abuse of power that Trump talks about with the FBI, just in different contexts. Now, if there was only a way for the left and the right to see that they really are talking about the same thing, maybe something could actually be agreed upon and rectified instead of devolving into name calling that gets nowhere.
