It is deep rooted in many issues


They are given special privileges on use of force that no one else gets...they are rarely held accountable even if they go beyond that. They are even given special privileges after they commit a crime, and their “friends” get to investigate them.

They then have a union that will protect them....and a brotherhood that has their back (see 3 other officers at that scene.
