The other two couldn't. But Clarkson didn't make his teammates better for the most part and dominated the ball, which I would argue also goes against at least one of the very basic fundamental aspects of being a pg. And while that is certainly a universal baseline skill, I think everyone would agree there are other skills needed for a pg to be effective than just successfully not turning the ball over in the backcourt.
