and zero people have been harmed, why should the driver be forced to hand over thousands of dollars and spend time behind bars?

why should the police not be focused on issues that do have victims?

I used to be for DUI checkpoints....I no longer am

I am for full education of people on the effects of driving impaired for them to know the potential consequences of those actions.
