There is lot of information you can use, and experts willing to testify. It mostly comes down to ability and willingness to pay.

Rarely do criminal defense attorneys question critical information as to missing results, bad results, and other things, which results in many tests being deemed refusals to blow.

A rise graph, a bouncing graph, and several other things which are deemed invalid, are actually evidence of a failure of the magic box to do what is claimed.
