Again, false.

There are decent people who have been mislead about the alleged science, and they have no interest in a police state, or increasing revenue, yet, they support it because they don't understand.

Speeding is not an indicator of impairment. Weaving is unreasonably vague, standing alone. Within the lane, or into another? For how long? How often? Are there turns in the road? Other vehicles in close close proximity? Etc.
