we have a system that fails. How about we get one that doesn't. There are a sht ton of models availabe. And just b/c you got rich on the old system doesn't mean you will continue to on the new one. And PPOs and HMOs are not so terrible, but they will be absorbed in the re-org as they are exclusive to carriers whose roles will be greatly diminished.
