I prefer allow candidates to share their plans with the country rather than accept some oppo-researchy place provide it for them. How about a 5% tax across the board on every pay check in the country. If it gets hit with FICA, it gets hit with Health Care. How would that be? Included of course would be a levy on every financial transaction on Wall Street that currently runs free and clear of any levies. There is a plan for you. Of course might have to figure a wealth tax in there as well, but that is more complex than simple payroll taxes.

Please explain why this message is being reported.
