While I realize you'll respond with the Matt Gaetz example, no Judiciary committee members are being excluded from Judiciary meetings. Gaetz tried to crash a committee meeting, which is why he was excluded.

"Impeachment is supposed to be..." -- The entire House will get to vote on articles of impeachment, if they are ever introduced. The entire Senate will get to vote on the trial, if the articles are passed. The bi-partisan participation you insist should happen will happen.
