Juries, allow for the subject of the investigation to participate. At the time the individual is questioned, the person is entitled to a Miranda warning, and for legal counsel to be present. They also have the opportunity to provide exculpatory evidence and witnesses.

That you want to trust spinleaks instead of a transcript, and want to prohibit use of subpoena power to access exculpatory evidence and witnesses, speaks volumes.
