Now apply that same logic to college football coaches. 70 percent of the players are black, so of course 7 out of 10 coaches are. Oh wait, they’re majority white as well. Most didn’t even play at a high level.

Think Kliff Kingsbury gets hired at Arizona (after failing at Texas Tech) if he isn’t white? We both know the answer to that, whether you admit it or not.
