This is real welfare, and it takes place all over the country. Using tax dollars to pay people (who wouldn’t be paid otherwise) to make things we don’t need or can’t use. Happens all over the country. But, in order to keep your eye off the ball, they point the finger at minorities. It is perfectly fine when white people are awarded superfluous government contracts, which everyone knows is worth its weight in gold.

And it works, so they will continue to do it.
