stated only one...and I have no idea..was it a sort issue, or like you said a complete box issue. from what I have seen, it is almost all computerized anyways...there is no way a person could individually sort mail at every sort point.

How does USPS's mail errors compare to UPS or FedEx....I have had mail go to the wrong place for both UPS and FedEx before ...I doubt someone got fired over it.
