So at least come up with realistic scenarios...losing a piece random mail says nothing.

My biggest beef with USPS is not that it is part of the government, but it is overseen by a bunch of legislators with a political agenda that does not even allow it to be run in any reasonable form. That is probably also the worse part of government..not how a particular department is run, but the reason it is run that way, which is more about some political appointee than the department itself.
