I don’t think it’s the playing everyday that’s the problem

It’s the fact that’s all they play which results too much repetitive action which stressing the joints. It’s why kids are encouraged to play multiple sports. If not they need trainers or strength coaches that can limit the imbalances related to playing only 1 sport.
