I have not followed the details of the case...but what you post is clearly one sided...and your response was almost laughable...especially someone that comes from law enforcement...you know when people start evading, there is likely something there.....especially when they do it to the point that they not only have been charged, but plead out and go to jail...the old adage..where there is smoke there is fire.

On top of that, these type of cases are pretty much impossible to solve and win because of how our system is set up....but easy to win in the court of public opinion (at least to the partisans).

What I don't understand is that your politics to me are not overly partisan...I think you are more or less a straight shooter, but you are full on partisan when it comes to this.
