via his podcast today. If Mueller believes he could literally do nothing in regards to a criminal investigation, then he kept the investigation going for political reasons. This means that an employee of the Executive branch was working as a tool for the Legislative branch. This would make his entire investigation unconstitutional. Also, I haven't seen this joint statement discussed:
"The Attorney General has previously stated that the Special Counsel repeatedly affirmed that he was not saying that, but for the OLC opinion, he would have found the President obstructed justice. The Special Counsel's report and his statement today made clear that the office concluded it would not reach a determination - one way or the other - about whether the President committed a crime. There is no conflict between these statements."
Mueller's own office isn't denying what Mueller stated to Barr. That destroys the left's narrative once again.
