but certainly, there were different personalities over the long-term that didn't seem to get it done. I mean, you have everything from Obama to Reagan....with Clinton and Bush's in the middle...I think one can make the argument that it wasn't a personality thing. It's more likely a pocketbook thing.

And, as I said, the other way to lead the charge would be to drop all of our tariffs, but even though tax cuts are going to lead us to economic growth when it comes to personal income and corporate income taxes, he obviously didn't believe in that philosophy enough to try it in international trade arena.
