The EU and Japan just agreed to tariff-free trade.

It seems that it is possible to negotiate without going haywire on levying tariffs -- and while I see what you're saying that there wasn't a ton of progress -- maybe if Trump wasn't such a total jackass, the EU might have been a little more willing to listen to American trade concerns.

Please explain why this message is being reported.
